What this page measures

Every 30 minutes our monitoring checks that payments are being captured and recorded, that webhooks and API calls are delivered, that e-mails leave the queue, and that payouts, statements and backups run on schedule. The result is written here automatically; nobody edits this page by hand. Each bar is one day, and a day shows the worst state that occurred on it.

Card authorisation itself runs on our acquiring partner's PCI DSS Level 1 platform. If that platform has an incident, the Payments component here turns yellow or red as soon as our checks notice it.
