How to recognise a genuine Kuentoo message
- Payment links always start with https://kuentoo.com/pay. Nothing else — not kuentoo-pay.com, not a shortened link, not an IP address.
- E-mails come from an address ending in @kuentoo.com. Check the actual sender address, not just the display name.
- The payment page always shows the merchant's name and the exact amount before you enter anything.
- We never ask for your card number, PIN, password or a verification code by e-mail, phone, WhatsApp or chat.
